Market orders
Purchases and rentals take place through MQL5 Market. Review its rules and product terms before ordering. Use MQL5 support for questions about a Market payment, cancellation or refund. This website does not process direct payments.

Getting help
Email steve@globalindextrader.com with the product name, order reference and issue description. Include relevant error messages with sensitive information removed. Do not send card numbers or account passwords. A trading loss alone does not establish a software defect; remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
